Ivar Aasen composed his poem Nordmannen in the 19th century as a celebration of Norway and the Norwegian spirit. In line with his work with the Norwegian language, Aasen shines a light on the average Norwegian and the excellence that is to be found in the simplicity of the Nordic nature and life among family and community. Join with Aasen with revel in the hardiness of Ole Nordmann and joy found simply in the North itself: 'let others now quarrel over grandeur; let them shine with riches and glory, ... [for] a more beautiful place he never saw.'

Each shirt comes in either a Standard and Premium option. Keep in mind that some color options may be limited to one style or the other.
